Cooking Classes

Cooking classes on a variety of topics are available in the following formats:

  • One-on-one classes – You and I in the kitchen together! I’ll teach you how to prepare delicious plant-based meals
  • Group classes – whether it’s a group I’ve brought together, or if you’ve got a group of friends/family that you want to get together
  • Dinner party – Come dine with me! A few friends gathered around the table, we will feast on a well-rounded plant-based meal, share great conversation, discuss nutritional benefits of the meal we eat, and you will go home with recipes for each dish
