Apples with Cinnamon-Almond Butter Dip
A great dip to make and have on hand in the fridge to dip apples or any of your favourite fruit in!
Equipment
- blender
Ingredients
- 1 green apple, cored and sliced or any apple or fruit you like
- optional: cinnamon
Almond-Cinnamon Dip
- 3/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon or more, if you like
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine the almond butter, maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla in the blender. Add about half of the almond milk and start to blend. Slowly add more almond milk until you get a smooth creamy consistency that you like.
- Serve your dip in a small bowl with your apples or other fruit on the side. Sometimes I like to toss my apples in some cinnamon, especially if I'm making this ahead of time and want to keep them from going brown (or at least showing it!) Just sprinkle some on the apples, and toss in a bowl, or a closed tupperware container.
- Enjoy!
